The staff I spoke with were really friendly and polite, so I have zero complaints about their attitude. They did answer my questions, but wow, it felt like everything moved at a snail’s pace and I was kind of left wishing for a bit more help. It definitely wasn’t a terrible experience or anything dramatic, but it also didn’t exactly blow me away. Overall, it was just painfully average.

The quality is solid overall, and it works fine, so no major complaints there. There were a couple of tiny scratches, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish they had been more upfront or clear about what to expect. The communication was a bit unclear, and that was kind of annoying.

i mean, I got my refund quick, so I can’t really complain. The process was smoother than I expected.

I had a problem with my order, trying to get it sorted just wore me down. Support kept sending these short replies that didn’t really address what I was saying, so I ended up having to explain the same thing over and over. After a while it felt like they weren’t really listening, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. In the end, the issue still didn’t feel properly resolved, and I was left feeling disappointed. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The listing said it was in stock, so I figured it would ship quickly. Instead, it went out later than expected, which was frustrating. If it’s not actually ready to ship, the wording should be clearer.

I’ve ordered from DX Engineering a few times now, and my experience has been mixed. Some items are priced fairly, but I’ve definitely found the same parts cheaper on other sites when I took a little time to compare!! Their shipping and stock are usually solid, so I still come back when I need something. I just wish their prices were a bit more competitive overall. Not bad, not amazing!!

I guess I was expecting it to even out more, or maybe I just didn’t notice the shipping at first. Either way, it made me question whether it was really worth it. I’ll probably look around at a few other stores next time before ordering again.

I ordered a few coax parts and some connectors, and everything showed up exactly right, right items, right quantities, no missing pieces. that was a relief because I’ve had other places mess that up before. The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the packing slip took me a minute to figure out. I remember sitting there with it next to my coffee and one random green connector cap had rolled under the edge of the box, which for some reason stuck in my head. Once I sorted through it, though, the order itself was accurate and arrived in good shape.

Some of the parts I needed were available, but of course a few of the important ones were out right when I needed them. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to keep checking and figure out alternatives was frustrating.

I’ve reordered a few times now, and the rewards are a nice perk. I mean, if I’m already buying the stuff anyway, I might as well get a few bucks off the next order. The points usually show up quickly, and checkout is simple enough, so there’s not much to overthink. Just a solid little bonus.
